I have done some shadow work on my life for myself it helped me way more than I can imagine and helped me to connect with myself.

What is a human shadow:
The shadow self is the unknown part of you. It is the psychological term for the things you can’t or won’t see in yourself. However, the shadow is hidden. And it runs around without supervision, often causing damage and pain in your life. The shadow may appear as rage, jealousy, hatred, greed, and selfishness, affecting every aspect of your life. However, when you bring the shadow into the light, it no longer has power over you.
Recognize your shadow self:
- Weak boundaries, Self-sabotage
- Lack of confidence
- Afraid to speak up for yourself.
- Saying ‘yes’ when you want to say ‘no’,
- Being passive aggressive
- Comparing yourself to others.
- Being jealous
- Always putting yourself last
- Not doing what you know is good for you
